Soms helpen specifieke oefeningen of hulpmiddelen om eventuele zwangerschapskwalen op te vangen. We stimuleren gezonde sportieve activiteiten om de fysieke conditie te optimaliseren voor de bevalling.<\/p>\n<p>Er wordt extra aandacht besteed aan het oefenen van de bekkenbodemspieren. Want hier is preventie zeer belangrijk. We raden aan deze spieren al bewust te leren gebruiken tijdens de zwangerschap. Niet alleen de bekkenbodemspieren maar heel je lichaam heeft hard gewerkt tijdens de bevalling. In onze postnatale sessies focussen we ons in de eerste plaats op de bekkenbodemspieroefeningen. We trainen de kracht, uithouding, snelheid en controle van de bekkenbodemspieren met specifieke oefeningen. Maar ook de andere spieren van het lichaam komen aan bod.
